Ingredients: 400 g beans 2 onions 2 carrots 1 bell pepper 2 garlic cloves Sucuk and dry salami (dry salami is optional but adds great flavor) 2 tbsp tomato paste Olive oil Salt to taste
Preparation:
Soak the beans in water for about 1 hour to soften them, then boil until they start to soften.
Meanwhile, in a pan with olive oil, sauté the chopped onions, carrots, bell pepper, and garlic. Add the sucuk and dry salami and cook together.
Stir in the tomato paste, mix well, and let it simmer for a few minutes.
Add this mixture to the beans, pour in a little water and salt to taste, and let everything cook until fully tender.
Finally, transfer the beans to a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (428°F) for about 25–30 minutes, until they develop a nice golden color on top.
